How do I delete my account?
Open Settings (tap your initials on Your Trips), tap your name, then tap Delete Account.
How do I leave a trip?
Open the trip, tap the gear to open Trip Settings, then tap Leave Trip.
How do I invite friends to a trip?
Open the trip and tap Invite on the trip card. Share the link or the code with the people you want to join.
I forgot my password.
On the Sign In screen, tap “Forgot password?” and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I report something inappropriate?
Tap ••• on the idea or comment, then Report Idea or Report Comment. You can block the person from the same menu, or from their profile (tap their name). We aim to act on every report within 24 hours, and we'll email you what we did.
Online safety
If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number (000 in Australia). If something in a trip puts a child at risk or threatens someone's life or safety, report it in the app or email us. We remove it straight away, keep a record of it, and report it to the police or the relevant authority.
In Australia, you can also report serious online harm, such as cyberbullying or illegal content, to the eSafety Commissioner: esafety.gov.au/report.
